Working principle of high-frequency welding machine

High frequency welding machines are different from other welding machines in that their functions and uses are not just single welding. A high-frequency welding machine is essentially a high-frequency machine. It can not only be used for welding various metal materials, but also for processes such as heat transfer, melting, and heat treatment. Welding is just one of its many uses.
Its working principle is:
Firstly, a unique set of electronic circuits is used in the high-frequency machine to convert low-frequency AC power (50Hz) input from the power grid into high-frequency AC power (usually above 20000Hz);
After high-frequency current is applied to the inductance coil (i.e. induction coil), it is converted into a high-frequency magnetic field using the principle of electromagnetic induction and acts on a metal object in the magnetic field;
By utilizing the eddy current effect, an induced current (i.e. eddy current) is generated in a metal object that is proportional to the strength of the magnetic field; This eddy current is influenced by the skin effect, and the higher the frequency, the more concentrated it is on the surface of the metal object.

When eddy currents flow inside a metal object, they generate heat using the inherent resistance value inside and the principle of current thermal effect.
